Our 30g ceremonial-grade matcha tin brings together a rare blend of Samidori, Okumidori, and Yabukita cultivars, hand-picked during the first flush in Uji and Wazuka, Kyoto. Each leaf is shade-grown and carefully stone-ground to preserve its vibrant colour, rich aroma, and delicate nutrients.
The result is a matcha with a smooth, naturally sweet flavour balanced by gentle umami notes, a profile that shines whether you whisk it as usucha or enjoy it as a creamy latte. Compact and beautifully packaged, this tin offers around 15 servings, making it a perfect introduction to ceremonial matcha or a thoughtful gift for a tea lover.
Prepare 2g (about 1 tsp) with 70 ml of hot water at 65-80º C. Whisk and enjoy hot or cold with your favourite milk.
Store matcha away from direct sunlight and heat, will help preserve its vibrant green colour and flavour. Fridge is best! Be sure to close the container tightly after each use to prevent the entry of moisture and oxygen.
