Chasen maintenance:
Rinse it Immediately: After each use, rinse your whisk with warm water to remove any matcha residue.
Proper Drying: Gently shake off excess water and allow your whisk to air dry in a clean, dry place.
Storage: Store your whisk in a suitable place to prevent damage and keep it in good shape.
Replace when necessary: Observe its condition and replace it if the tines become significantly damaged or worn.
Prepare 2g (about 1 tsp) with 70 ml of hot water at 65-80º C. Whisk and enjoy hot or cold with your favourite milk.
Store matcha away from direct sunlight and heat, will help preserve its vibrant green colour and flavour. Fridge is best! Be sure to close the container tightly after each use to prevent the entry of moisture and oxygen.
