Velvet Peach Iced Matcha

A softer kind of matcha ritual 🍑🍵

Our Peach Purée Matcha Latte blends the earthy calm of ceremonial matcha with sweet, juicy peach and a silky oat cream foam.

Ingredients:

  • Tinned peaches
  • 15-20 ml peach syrup (from the tin)
  • 50ml oat cream
  • 2–3g matcha powder
  • 40ml water at 80°C
  • 180ml oat milk
  • 1 cup ice

How to:

  1. Blend the peaches until smooth to create a purée. 
  2. Whip oat cream with a splash of peach syrup until light and airy.
  3. Sift Matcha, then add 40ml hot water and whisk until smooth and lump-free.

Build the drink: 

  1. Add the peach purée to the bottom of your glass.
  2. Fill the glass 1/3rd full with ice, then pour in the oat milk.
  3. Slowly pour over the matcha shot.
  4. finish with the peach foam.

💚 Tip: If using canned peaches in syrup, reserve a little extra syrup to drizzle over the purée for a sweeter, more indulgent peach flavour.
