A softer kind of matcha ritual 🍑🍵
Our Peach Purée Matcha Latte blends the earthy calm of ceremonial matcha with sweet, juicy peach and a silky oat cream foam.
Ingredients:
- Tinned peaches
- 15-20 ml peach syrup (from the tin)
- 50ml oat cream
- 2–3g matcha powder
- 40ml water at 80°C
- 180ml oat milk
- 1 cup ice
How to:
- Blend the peaches until smooth to create a purée.

Whip oat cream with a splash of peach syrup until light and airy.
- Sift Matcha, then add 40ml hot water and whisk until smooth and lump-free.
Build the drink:
- Add the peach purée to the bottom of your glass.
- Fill the glass 1/3rd full with ice, then pour in the oat milk.
- Slowly pour over the matcha shot.
- finish with the peach foam.
💚 Tip: If using canned peaches in syrup, reserve a little extra syrup to drizzle over the purée for a sweeter, more indulgent peach flavour.
