Earthy matcha meets naturally sweet rooibos tea for a smooth, comforting latte that's delicious both hot and iced.
Ingredients:
- 1 rooibos tea bag
- 240ml oat milk
- 2–3g Mafia Matcha
- 30–40ml water at 80°C
- Ice (optional, for iced version)
- 1 tbsp maple syrup (optional)
How to:

Prepare the rooibos base
Add the oat milk to a small pot and place the rooibos tea bag inside. Gently heat the milk (do not boil) and allow the tea to steep for 5–7 minutes. Remove the tea bag. -
Prepare the matcha shot
Whisk 2–3g matcha with 30–40ml water at 80°C until smooth and lump-free. -
Build the drink
For an iced latte, fill your glass with ice. Pour in the rooibos-infused oat milk, then slowly top with the matcha shot.
