Ingredients (Makes 2 Servings):
- 70g pistachios
- 300ml oat milk
- 45g white chocolate
- 2–3g matcha Powder
How to:

Blend the base
Add the pistachios, oat milk, and 2–3g matcha to a blender. Blend until completely smooth. -
Heat the mixture
Transfer the blended mixture to a saucepan and heat gently over low heat. -
Add the white chocolate
Add the white chocolate and whisk until fully melted and smooth. -
Serve
Pour into your favourite mugs and finish with a sprinkle of chopped pistachios.
