Ingredients:
Matcha Honey Cold Foam
- 120ml oat cream
- 30ml oat milk
- 15–30ml honey
- 2g Matcha
The Build
- 1 jasmine tea bag (or 2 tsp loose-leaf jasmine tea)
- 200ml water
- Ice
How to:

Prepare the jasmine tea
Brew the jasmine tea in 200ml hot water for 3–5 minutes. Remove the tea bag and allow the tea to cool completely. -
Make the matcha honey cold foam
Add the oat cream, oat milk, honey, and matcha to a small jar or frother. Whisk for 20–30 seconds until thick, creamy, and foamy. -
Build the drink
Fill your glass with ice and pour over the chilled jasmine tea. Top with the matcha honey cold foam and enjoy.
