Matcha Chia Pudding

Matcha Chia Pudding

Ingredients:

Matcha Chia Pudding (3–4 servings)

  • 160g chia seeds (1 cup)
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 600ml oat milk (2½ cups)
  • 2–3g matcha, sifted

Bottom Layer

  • 2½ tbsp raspberry jam

Topping

  • 2 tbsp natural yoghurt
  • Fresh raspberries

How to:

  1. Prepare the chia pudding
    Stir the chia seeds, oat milk, and honey together until fully combined.
  2. Add the matcha
    Sift in the matcha and whisk until smooth. Chill for 2–3 hours, or overnight for the best texture.
  3. Build the jars
    Spoon raspberry jam into the bottom of your jars or glasses. Add the matcha chia pudding and finish with natural yoghurt and fresh raspberries.
