Ingredients:
Matcha Chia Pudding (3–4 servings)
- 160g chia seeds (1 cup)
- 2 tbsp honey
- 600ml oat milk (2½ cups)
- 2–3g matcha, sifted
Bottom Layer
- 2½ tbsp raspberry jam
Topping
- 2 tbsp natural yoghurt
- Fresh raspberries

Prepare the chia pudding
Stir the chia seeds, oat milk, and honey together until fully combined. -
Add the matcha
Sift in the matcha and whisk until smooth. Chill for 2–3 hours, or overnight for the best texture. -
Build the jars
Spoon raspberry jam into the bottom of your jars or glasses. Add the matcha chia pudding and finish with natural yoghurt and fresh raspberries.
