- 2 tbsp oat cream
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
Matcha Base
- 2–3g matcha powder.
- 40ml water at 70–80°C
- 120ml oat milk
- Ice
How to:

Make the cinnamon cold foam
Whisk the oat cream, brown sugar, and cinnamon until thick, creamy, and spoonable. -
Prepare the matcha shot
Sift and whisk 2–3g matcha with 40ml water at 70–80°C until smooth and foamy. -
Build the drink
Fill a glass with ice and pour in the oat milk. Slowly pour over the matcha shot. -
Finish and serve
Top with the cinnamon cold foam and finish with a light sprinkle of cinnamon.
