Cinnamon Bun Iced Matcha

Think cinnamon bun vibes... but make it matcha. Sweet cinnamon cold foam and matcha come together for a creamy, café-style treat.

Ingredients:

Cinnamon Cold Foam (Makes 2 Servings)

  • 2 tbsp oat cream
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

Matcha Base

  • 2–3g matcha powder.
  • 40ml water at 70–80°C
  • 120ml oat milk
  • Ice

How to:

  1. Make the cinnamon cold foam
    Whisk the oat cream, brown sugar, and cinnamon until thick, creamy, and spoonable.
  2. Prepare the matcha shot
    Sift and whisk 2–3g matcha with 40ml water at 70–80°C until smooth and foamy.
  3. Build the drink
    Fill a glass with ice and pour in the oat milk. Slowly pour over the matcha shot.
  4. Finish and serve
    Top with the cinnamon cold foam and finish with a light sprinkle of cinnamon.
