🍵 Signature Blend, 40g — first harvest ceremonial grade matcha from Shizuoka, Japan. Sweet and grassy, no bitterness, no sugar, nothing added. Roughly 20 bowls.
🥣 Matcha Bowl — beautifully packaged green ceramic bowl (dishwasher safe), shaped to give the whisk room to move.
🎋 Bamboo Whisk — carved from a single piece of bamboo, 100 prongs, the traditional tool for a thick and even foam in under a minute.

Prepare 2g (about 1 tsp) with 70 ml of hot water at 65-80º C. Whisk and enjoy hot or cold with your favourite milk.
Store matcha away from direct sunlight and heat, will help preserve its vibrant green colour and flavour. Fridge is best! Be sure to close the container tightly after each use to prevent the entry of moisture and oxygen.
