Our 100g ceremonial-grade matcha pouch is crafted from a unique blend of Samidori, Okumidori, and Yabukita cultivars, hand-picked during the first flush in Uji and Wazuka, Kyoto. Shade-grown and traditionally stone-ground, the leaves retain their vibrant green colour, delicate sweetness, and full-bodied umami depth.
This larger tin is ideal for those who make matcha part of their everyday ritual, offering around 50 servings of smooth, energising matcha. Whisk it as a traditional usucha or enjoy it as a creamy latte, knowing each scoop brings the finest expression of Japanese tea craftsmanship.
Prepare 2g (about 1 tsp) with 70 ml of hot water at 65-80º C. Whisk and enjoy hot or cold with your favourite milk.
Store matcha away from direct sunlight and heat, will help preserve its vibrant green colour and flavour. Fridge is best! Be sure to close the container tightly after each use to prevent the entry of moisture and oxygen.
