FAQs

What is a vanilla cloud?

A vanilla cloud is lightly whipped heavy cream sweetened with sugar and vanilla. It sits on top of your iced matcha like a soft, sweet topping and slowly swirls into the drink as you sip.

What does Sprinkle Vanilla Cloud Matcha taste like?

It's creamy, sweet and earthy, with smooth matcha balanced by a rich vanilla topping and a little crunch from the sprinkles.

Can I make this dairy free?

Yes. Use chilled full-fat coconut cream for the vanilla cloud and your favourite plant milk for the matcha.

Do I need a whisk or frother for the vanilla cloud?

A handheld milk frother is the quickest option, but a small whisk works too. It just takes a little longer to get the cream light and fluffy.
